Abdurahiman E. P. is an accomplished business and technology leader with more than 25 years of professional experience spanning information technology strategy, digital transformation, enterprise applications, infrastructure, business process automation, data analytics, and organisational leadership. Beginning his career as a Software Engineer in 1998, he has progressed through technical, managerial, programme leadership, and Group IT leadership roles.
He currently serves as Head of Group IT at Bismi Group of Companies, UAE, where he is responsible for aligning technology strategy with business priorities across diversified operations. His leadership focuses on enterprise resource planning, process improvement, digital transformation, IT governance, cybersecurity, infrastructure modernisation, artificial intelligence, business intelligence, and technology-enabled operational excellence.
Throughout his career, Abdurahiman has developed extensive experience across retail, FMCG, wholesale trading and distribution, hospitality, manufacturing, construction, real estate, telecommunications, food and beverage, and e-commerce. This broad industry exposure enables him to understand complex operational environments and translate business requirements into practical, scalable technology solutions.
He has led major enterprise transformation programmes involving SAP ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Retail Commerce, Human Resources, business intelligence, robotic process automation, customer experience platforms, and artificial intelligence strategy. His leadership experience covers the full transformation lifecycle — from strategy, solution selection, and business process design to implementation, user adoption, governance, optimisation, and value realisation.
Among his notable achievements is the leadership of an end-to-end SAP ERP implementation, including solution evaluation, commercial negotiations, project scoping, stakeholder management, budget control, system optimisation, user acceptance, and successful go-live. He has also implemented enterprise-wide business intelligence and analytics solutions by consolidating data from multiple ERP systems and business applications across different countries.
His transformation portfolio also includes document management systems, enterprise intranet platforms, mobile sales-force automation, inventory optimisation, automated replenishment, customer loyalty programmes, mobile applications, e-commerce platforms, middleware integrations, and RPA-based process automation — initiatives that have helped organisations improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, customer experience, inventory control, management visibility, and business performance.
